My Heart Throbs

I was so tired when I got home earlier from a night and morning of care. Neither my SIL or I slept much...we were preparing for the end as his breathing was so low and soft, though he's hanging on. I'm betting SIL will cat nap at most today, but I laid down and sleep nabbed me for nearly an hour and a half. When I woke, I had Little Miss cuddling.

The day was gorgeous and I needed to move. The small bits of sleep last night was on a very old and uncomfortable, much too small for my longish limbs, love seat at the end of his bed, or me resting my head on the bed when sitting by my brother's side. First I took the big dog on a long walk, then pup on a much shorter, but good for his 14 year old legs.

These three, plus when the other cat visits or I visit him at my daughter's, melt my heart. Pets are an incredible gift and I'm thankful for them all.
