Pardon my silence as I throw myself fully into my trip. I arrived uneventfully Sunday morning, a good thing in travel, but my poor friend battles road gridlock picking me up. Highlights so far were Windsor wander an outdoor swim in a lido ( followed by steam room, sauna, and hot tub) a glorious lunch in a pub in the Cotswolds and a farm store shop meeting lovely friends of friend and daughter of friend Bristol United soccer, pardon me football match, complete with colorful chants to the officials and today both pretending to be a neighbor of Doc Martin, and drinks over looking the sea in St Ives . Cornwall is amazing. More to come but a snippet to share. Photos might not mot be in correct order of days and times. I'll do a big sort and personal photo album once home.
